- Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Here’s our policy:
• Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges will only be allowed in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the product does not meet these criteria, unfortunately, no exchanges will be permitted.
• Timeframe for Exchange: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days from the date you receive the product. Simply email us at support@sndjcreation.com with clear unpackaging videos of the issue, without pausing or cutting the video and our team will assist you in processing the exchange.
• Condition for Exchange: The product tags must not be removed, and the item should be in original condition (unused and unaltered). If product tags are removed, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange. - Refunds
• Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases are non-refundable except in the case where we are unable to deliver the product within 45 days from the date of placing the order.
• Refund Process: If we fail to deliver your order within 45 days, we will initiate a refund into your SNDJ Creation Wallet. The refund process will be completed within 3 working days of our confirmation. Please note that it may take 7-15 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card statement due to inter-bank refund procedures. - Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed:
• Cancellation Process: You can cancel your order within 6 hours if the order is placed. Once cancelled, we will credit the amount to your SNDJ Creation Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
• Wallet Credit: The amount will be credited to your wallet, and you can easily use it at checkout for your next order. Please note that wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used within our store. - Return Shipping Costs
In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, SNDJ Creation will cover the return shipping costs. However, for all other returns or exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. - How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: - Email our customer support team at support@sndjcreation.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear videos of unpackaging the product / photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect item.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to return or exchange the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will either process the exchange or credit your SNDJ Wallet (if applicable).
- Exclusions
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Items that have been used or altered.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
